When I received the item it was damaged in transit. I contacted them and she offered to send another one right away. When it was placed in the mail I was sent the tracking number and it did not seem to be moving. I was nervous that it would not be here in time to give my aunt. The owner was going to make sure that I received my item in time. I highly recommend buying from them, I love the bracelet.
