You'll be asked to select a birthstone and initial during the checkout process. We offer a smaller (55mm) size for ladies with a tiny wrist, and a 65mm size bracelet for those with a larger wrist. If you need a size other than our standard (60mm) size, please leave us a message in the "Notes to Seller" section. We'll see it and make it happen. If you don't request a different size, we will make your piece with our standard 60mm expandable bracelet.
