We can't help but boast about the beautiful State of Maine, being born and raised there ourselves. It's called the Pine Tree State because of our vast countryside, full of majestic pine trees - and it's called Vacationland, because in the summer, there's no better place to visit. From Kennebunkport to Presque Isle, it's a gorgeous state that provides something for everyone......from mountains to our rocky coastline... So, we're celebrating our home state with this bracelet. The pine cone signifies our name....the Pine Tree State, the moose? Well, if you've ever been up north - you may just see a few. Lobster? Everyone knows Maine is famous for our sweet, fresh lobster bakes. The bear? Yes, we are famous for our black bears - but they won't hurt you (well, most of the time). We did have one in town the other day.....he managed to wander about most of the day before he was tranquilized and taken back to the woods. If you've never visited us before, you're missing out! It's a beautiful place to visit, but not in January and February....unless you love to ski, snowmobile, or snowshoe. It's cold!
