1). Add the item to your cart. You'll be asked to select a length (16, 18, or 20 inches) during the checkout process as well as the number of photo charms you'd like on your necklace.
2). After placing your order, upload your photos via Etsy Messages. We will verify receipt of your photos.
3). Let us know if you have a specific order for the charms in the "Personalization" box.

Please note: the oval photo charms themselves measure approximately 12mm in diameter so only specific types of photos will work appropriately. For example, a single face in the photo works best. I can size and edit to fit just right into the photo charm. If your photo has 3 -4 peoples faces in it all together, I can still make it work, but the faces will be very tiny. Take a look at the faces in the photo charms in our listing photo to see what works best.
