2). Send me your photo via Etsy CONVO. At the bottom right hand corner of the message window, it reads "attach image", click that option and upload your photo to me. I will verify receipt of photo. Please note that while we do our very best to edit the photos to look their very best, the quality of your photo charm will depend greatly on the photo you send us to work with. Older photos work well, but photos that are very blurry, or very dark won't look as sharp in the photo charm. A single portrait or selfie style photo works the best. The photos are being cropped down to fit a 18 - 20mm charm so multiple people in one photo can be difficult to resize.

Description:
Your memorial photo will be resized to fit a 18 - 20mm diameter photo charm (25.7mm = 1 inch). The photo is then sealed with a domed, high quality glass magnifying cover. Please know that the quality of your photo charm will depend on the quality of the photo you send to use. I'm glad to work with older, faded photos, but I cannot be responsible for the quality of the charm if the photo is too faded.
